Amy Carder has been a resident of Hampton Roads for more than 30 years. With a background in Forensic Science Amy has an extremely vast knowledge of the Hampton Roads area. Even when she is leading the team Amy still finds time to specialize in residential resale, property management, investors, bank owned (foreclosed) properties, short sales, relocation, and helping her friends and family buy and sell. She holds numerous awards including the Hampton Roads Realtor Association Circle of Excellence award, and the Re/Max Executive Club. In her off time, Amy enjoys spending time with her four beautiful children. Chidori Matsumoto was born in Shizuoka, Japan. After graduating from Dokkyo University with BS majoring in English, she moved to U.S. in 2001, fell in love with life at the beach and has been a Virginia Beach city resident since.

Amy Hayden is a native of Virginia beach who graduated from Kellam HS. She spent 12 years living in the OBX, during which time she traveled often. Her daughter Lindsey, now 23, is a graduate of Cape Henry Collegiate and her son, JT, is a sophomore at Kellam and captain of the JV football team.
