Amy has been a resident of Hampton Roads for more than 30 years. With a background in Forensic Science Amy has an extremely vast knowledge of the Hampton Roads area. Amy spends her days running the Carder Realty Group Inc, a team of hand picked Realtors that help families buy and sell residential real estate, and a full time property management firm. Even when she is running both companies Amy still finds time to specialize in residential resale, property management, investors, bank owned (foreclosed) properties, short sales, relocation, and helping her friends and family buy and sell.
She holds numerous awards including the Hampton Roads Realtor Association Circle of Excellence award, and the Re/Max Executive Club. In her off time, Amy enjoys spending time with her four beautiful children.
